Arrival and Departure Instructions for Dancers and Families

Doors Open at 1:15 pm. Dancers, please arrive by 1:30 pm

Dancer Arrival:

• All dancers should arrive in full costume, with hair and makeup done.

• Don’t forget your dance shoes!

• Note: There will be no dress rehearsal.

Check-In:

• Upon arrival, please proceed to the lobby and check in at the designated tables.

• Tickets are required for all adults and children (excluding dancers and children under 5) to enter the theater.

Guest Performers:

• The following performers will sit with their families until it’s their turn on stage:

  • Tutus in Motion

  • Tutus and Tumble both classes

• While the dancer is on stage, one adult can sit in the front two rows in the reserved seating area.

• After performing: This adult will meet the dancer to the left of the stage to pick them up.

• Important: These performers will not participate in the final bow due to limited backstage space.

Designated Seating Performers:

• These performers have reserved seating near the front of the theater (left side upon entering):

  • Holidazzle Performers (Santa Shuffle)

  • Let it Snow (Ballet)

  • Chillin Like a Snowman (Hip Hop)

  • Run Run Rudolph(KKPOP)

• After performing: Return to designated area

• After the show: One adult may come on stage to pick up their performer.

Backstage Performers:

• All Performance Teams  will remain backstage for the entire show.

  • Leave personal items, including street shoes, with your family.

• After the final bow: Performers will remain on stage until one adult picks them up.
